"The world dedicates only a day to children while Azerbaijan allocates a year, said MP Hadi Racabli, who is also a chairman of the parliamentary commission on social policy, according to Lenkoran's Cenub TV.
During the event, devoted to the international day of child's protection and held in Lenkoran, Racabli noted that the draft law on social protection of young families envisions state support and financial aid to the families that are in need of social protection.
