High schools have no right to arbitrarily increase the education fees, said Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.
"The Ministry of Economic Development has established a Tariff Board, which is authorized to regulate the education fees at high schools - raise or lower them", M. Mardanov told journalists on Thursday.
According to him, the Ministry of Education is prepared to address the facts.
