Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister and Rector of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy Hafiz Pashayev has presented a new book entitled “Manifest of an Ambassador."
The book was presented at Academy Book’s Center in the presence of a number of political and cultural figures of Azerbaijan, members of parliament, ministers, film directors, writers, rectors of high schools and others.
Hafiz Pashayev addressed the presentation ceremony and said we would like to see more Russian-language books disseminated in Russia.
“When once I was in a large book shop in Moscow, unfortunately, did not found any book about Azerbaijan. Later, a Russian writer said to me that it is high time Russia will learn more about Azerbaijan. So, I decided to publish my book in Russian,” Pashayev said
