Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has charged embassies in Turkey and India with clarifying situation concerning the arrest of Turkish vessel on the Indian coast with five Azerbaijanis on board, the ministry said in a statement.
A vessel owned by Turkish ECE A Tanker Grup has been arrested on the Indian coast. The crew of the Turkey-flagged vessel includes 5 Azerbaijanis, 10 Turkish and 1 Georgian.
"Azerbaijani embassies to Turkey and India are taking appropriate measures to clear up this issue," press-service said.
