European orientalist Ivan Meznik arrived in Azerbaijan at the invitation of International Diaspora Center.
A roundtable on deportation and genocide was held in the International Diaspora Center with participation of Meznik.
In his remarks Meznik said he received more detailed information about Armenia’s aggression against Azerbaijan and deportation of Azerbaijanis from their native lands.
Meznik said Azerbaijani people have the key to the fair solution of the genocide committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis and deportation. European professor, who delivers lectures in 14 universities of the world, said he will inform the public and media of his country about the deportation and genocide of Azerbaijanis and Khojaly tragedy.
At the end of the roundtable books about the deportation, genocide and Nagorno Karabakh conflict published by Heydar Aliyev Foundation were presented to the European guest. The European guests will visit mass burial site in Guba as well.
