Deadline set to file an appeal against results of the competition declared by Fund of State Support to Media Development expires today, fund's Supervisory Board chairman Umud Rahimoglu said.
He said several newspapers and organizations filed appeals. “Reyting”, “Khural”, “Turkustan” newspapers, “Mustegil” news agency, “Eks-Seds” journalist investigations public union are among them.
The appeals will be considered next week, he said.
“We are familiar with some of the appeals. Some projects contradicted the rules of the competition. But everything will depend on the results of the investigation,” he said.
