President of Kaliningrad Martial Arts Association Nadir Agayev has been appointed head of Leningrad administration of Russia's Kaliningrad province.

Nadir Agayev’s appointment will be approved at the meeting of Kaliningrad Council on Sept. 9.

Nadir Agayev was born in Jalilabad region of Azerbaijan in 1956. He has lived in Kaliningrad since 1975. He worked in the eastern martial arts club for nine years.

He was director of “Social protection of the youth” division of municipality. For nine years he was deputy head of central administration of Kaliningrad and deputy head of Leningrad administration of Kaliningrad for a year and a half.

Moreover, he was acting head of Leningrad administration for a year. Leningrad is the largest district in Kaliningrad.
