There are no Azerbaijani citizens among those injured in the heavy floods in Istanbul, the Azerbaijani Consul in Istanbul Sayyad Aran said.
"We have not received any information that any Azerbaijani citizens have been injured," Aran said.
Heavy floods in Istanbul have killed at least 17 people, Turkish TV channel CNN Turk reported.
It is reported that heavy rains, which lasted for two days, have seriously damaged the city and injured residents. According to local hydrometeorology experts, unstable weather in Turkey will last for a few days more.
