The Geology Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences intends to announce intellectual competition for young researchers, named “Development of Science and new accomplishments”, the Geology Institute said.
The competition based on the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev on “the State Program for Promoting of the National Strategy on Science Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2009-2015” was initiated by the Council of Yung Scientists at the Geology Institute.
The main goal of the action is increase interests of youth in science and to be helpful closely in their future scientific activities for more successful steps.
Applications will be accepted from Oct. 15 to Nov. 15. Candidates are expected to report on new scientific ideas, accomplishments, modern problems of science, successful works running in laboratories on Nov. 24-25.
At the result of speeches, specialists from different departments of the ANAS will choose 30 nominees as finalists, and all the finalists will get certificates and presents, but the winners will gain more precious presents and also diplomas.
