3-magnitude (12-magnitude MSK-64 scale) quake hit south-west of Gabala region of Azerbaijan on Nov. 1.
The epicenter was 24 km south-west outside center of the region, Republican Seismological Service Center said.
2-magnitude aftershocks were felt in the residential areas near the quake epicenter.
No casualties and damage were reported.
