Azerbaijan will amend Family and Labor Codes, Law on Children’s Rights.
Social Policy Committee of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani parliament) discussed amendments to legislative acts about approval of Referendum Act on amendments and additions to Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Chairman of the committee Hadi Rajabli informed about the draft amendments.
He said the amendments were expected to be made to the Family and Labor Codes, as well as Law on Children’s Rights.
The amendments are about the protection of children rights.
According to the amendments, employment of children under 15 will be prohibited and those who breach a law will be brought to justice.
The draft was recommended to the plenary session of the parliament.
