Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev inaugurated a house building in Khirdalan for WWII veterans, Karabakh war invalids and families of martyrs on Dec. 24.
The building has 81 two- and three-room flats.
The President also presented the veterans and invalids with car keys.
