The agreement will be signed between “Ireli” Public Union and youth organization of Kuwait LoYAC (Lothan Youth achievement Center).
According to the chief of “Ireli” Jeyhun Osmanli the signature of the agreement supposed to take place on February 6 during the realization of the project “Winter school for young leaders” in Oghuz, but as a result of bad weather conditions in Azerbaijan the signature was delayed.
“Memorandum itself means the issues of cooperation between “Ireli” and LoYAC in the spheres of bilateral experience exchange, organization of visits, joint participation in international projects”, - stated J.Osmanli.
