Baku International Airport named after Heydar Aliyev began sending flights, delayed because of bad weather conditions and non-flying weather, Azerbaijan Airlines JSC (AZAL) reported on Feb. 5.

"Sending the planes has already begun and is continuing," AZAL said.

The company said that flights Baku-London (bmi), Baku-Moscow (AZAL), Baku-Istanbul (Turkish airlines) have already departed from Baku, the Baku-Dubai flight (AZAL) expects departure.

Earlier, the airport received flights St. Petersburg-Baku, Moscow-Baku, Urumqi-Baku.
