Bulgaria is preparing to get access to non-traditional for itself market of education services in Azerbaijan.
At a session of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) Vasil Kalinov, Bulgarian ambassador to Azerbaijan, said that tariffs for higher education in Bulgaria were 2-4 fold less than the ones in other European countries.
“Simultaneously, Bulgaria offers high-quality higher education confirmed by European certificates. We will be glad to host students from Azerbaijan,” the ambassador claimed.
Currently, Azerbaijani citizens find the UK, Germany and Holland as the most attractive countries for education abroad.
The Azerbaijani government sends traditionally high-ranking officials (first of all in financial sector) to receive education in the United States.
