"Currently, 75,000 students and pupils learn French in Azerbaijan and this tendency is growing," The ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Gabriel Keller said.
Touching upon learning French in Azerbaijan the ambassador said that the French is mainly popular among the students.
“It’s also important from the standpoint of development the relations with the European Union. As French is one of the used languages in the European Union. It’s very important factor for countries striving for integration to the European Union.”
