The Azerbaijani Parliament has made additions and changes to the law on payment of a monthly allowance to judges. Today, the Azerbaijani Parliament made amendments and changes to the law "Courts and Judges" at a meeting.
According to the additions to the law, judges of the Supreme Court receive a monthly cash allowance worth 25% of official salary, judges of appeal courts - 20%, and judges of first instance - 15% to pay costs associated with the execution of authority. Benefits are exempt from taxes.
According to other additions and amendments, people first appointed as judges in the first year receive a single monthly payment worth two salaries, but the next four years, once a year - one-time allowance worth one month's salary.
The amendments and changes to the laws "Prosecutor's Office", " Service in the Prosecutor's Office", "Service in bodies of justice" were made at a meeting.
