The Karabakh Liberation Organization held a protest action in connection with the Armenian dashnaks' visit to Baku.
As Trend correspondent reports from the scene, law enforcement officers dispersed a rally, which was attended by 20 people. Two of the rally participants were arrested and taken to the police station.
The protesters chanted a slogan "Dashnaks have no place in Azerbaijan"
A regional two-day conference of the Socialist International in the CIS, the Caucasus and the Caspian Basin, started in Baku on Monday without representatives of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation 'Dashnaktsutyun'.
Earlier, the organizers said that representatives of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation "Dashnaktsutyun", including bureau member Mario Nalbandian and Head of the Political Affairs Office Kiro Manoyan, who are already in Baku, are planned to attend the conference.
Socialist International is an international non-governmental organization, practicing social-democratic ideology. Some 156 parties from 126 countries are represented in it.
