Body of Azerbaijani pilgrim Intigam Rustamov died in Iraq blast has been brought to Azerbaijan, Rustamov’s family told APA. They said, today in the morning the body of Rustamov was passed on to Azerbaijan through Iranian border. His body will be given to his family today.

Other three wounded Baku residents – Elvin Aslanov, Elchin Tahir Abdullayev and Elchin Vahid Abdullayev arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday.

Note that, the incident was recorded on October 13, at about 10.00 in the morning in Diala province of Iraq - in the territory of Kurdish people. Our compatriots Intigam Rustamov died, Elvin Aslanov, Abdullayev Elchin Tahir, Abdullayev Elchin Vahid were wounded. Elvin Aslanov who received wound in the foot was taken to Baghdad and operated there. Generally, there were 54 pilgrims from Azerbaijan. 50 of them are continuing their pilgrimage.

The Foreign Ministry once more called Azerbaijani citizens from visit to Iraq.
