Resident of Taza Alvady village of Azerbaijan’s Masalli region, Ilham Abdulahadov told police that his neighbor Shukufa Ibishova sells drugs and she asked him to help her find a client to sell 100 grams of heroin.

Under the plan prepared by the police, Abdulahadov acted as a drug buyer. Reportedly, a sum of $2,200 was paid for per 100 grams of heroin. After the transaction was done, the police interfered, and arrested the woman.

During the interrogation, the woman said that she found the heroin by accident. Curiously, Ibishova's son has been convicted of a similar crime before.
