Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov has been awarded the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's medal "20 years of Russian Emergency Situations Ministry", for long-term and fruitful cooperation in the field of protection of
population and territories from emergency situations, risk reduction
and disaster mitigation.
The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's delegation headed by the Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov has visited the Alley of Honor and laid a wreath at the National Leader Heydar Aliyev's tomb on the day of the fifth anniversary of the ministry's establishment.
The ministry officials have also visited the Alley of Martyrs, where they laid flowers on the graves of those who heroically died for Azerbaijan's independence.
