Arts festival with support of Azerbaijan Cultural Center held in Petropavlovsk city of the northern Kazakhstan.
Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Kazakhstan Zakir Hashimov named this festival as a momentous event in strengthening relations between the nations, keeping culture and traditions of national minorities. Ambassador thanked President Nursultan Nazarbayev and chief of Petropavlovsk city Serik Bilalov for conditions created for national minorities.
Chairman of Union of Azerbaijani cultural centers in Astana Vivadi Salahov expressed his confidence the festival would make a contribution to strengthening of friendship between the two nations.
Ambassador also visited Sunday school under the cultural center and machine-building plant in Petropavlovsk city.
