The first innovation center in Azerbaijan will open in Nakhchivan.
Innovation centers will be set up under Scientific Innovation Centers of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences in several regions of the country. It was stated during a workshop on "Scientific and technological innovation: a national practice and international cooperation" in Nakhchivan.
The workshop organized by the ANAS Nakhchivan department was of an educational nature. The seminar attended by representatives of universities and research institutions of the autonomous republic provided information on current scientific and technological novelties.
At the end of the workshop it was decided to hold monthly refresher courses for information professionals on the theme "Information and innovation: international practice and modern approach."
