Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov has given an interview to “Pakistan Observer” newspaper as part of the 28th meeting of OIC`s Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH).
In his interview, Abbasov praised relationship between Azerbaijan and Pakistan. He also hailed the fact that the two countries support each-others` positions at international events.
Abbasov underlined “Baku is stepping up efforts to play important roles in world affairs and the active participation of Azerbaijan in COMSTECH meeting under OIC is evidence to it.”
He added “this forum can play key role in transforming societies in Islamic countries into knowledge-based societies.”
