Health Minister of Azerbaijan Ogtay Shiraliyev met rector of Ankara University Cemal Talug and his accompanying delegation on January 18.
Shiraliyev spoke of healthcare cooperation, exchange of doctors and students between Azerbaijan and Turkey. The Minister also briefed the delegation members on the healthcare reforms carried out in his country.
The delegation members, in turn, praised cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey. They said they would spare no efforts to contribute to expanding relations between the two countries even more.
Head of Special Medical Service of Azerbaijan`s President, Director of the National Oncology Centre, academician Jamil Aliyev and rector of Azerbaijan Medical University Ahliman Amiraslanov were present in the meeting.
