Tuition fees for the government contract specialties at the Azerbaijani higher schools are expected to rise, said Azerbaijani Minister of Education Misir Mardanov.
According to him, the amount of the increase is unknown. But the minister considers that it shouldn’t be lower than the tuition fees of the specialties based on fee-paying backgrounds.
Mardanov expressed his hope that the Ministry of Finance will take this issue into consideration.
Mardanov also added that the Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers has already approved the admission plan to the higher education establishments for the next academic year.
