Azerbaijan`s Sarkhan Hashimov has won Donostia blitz chess tournament in San-Sebastian, Spain. Hashimov claimed the title after beating Peruvian Julio Ernesto Granda Zuniga in the final. The tournament brought together over 40 chess grandmasters.
