The draw of the women’s world championship in boxing with licenses for Olympic Games at stake was held in Qinhuangdao (China).
According to the news service for the Boxing Federation of Azerbaijan, our sportswomen Ayzanat Hajiyeva (60 kg) and Yelena Vystropova (75 kg) learned their opponents. Both take off in the round of 64 of the final.
Hajiyeva will fight the opponent from India Sarita Devi Laishrama. The 30-year-old Indian sportswoman has repeatedly become the Asian championship.
The winner of this fight is to meet Turkish Gulsum Tatar in the round of 32 of the final. Vystropova takes off against Belarus Viktoria Kebikova. In case she wins, Yelena is to fight Brazilian Roselly Feitosha in the next round. Eight licenses are at stake in each category in China.
