Azerbaijani kyokushin karate fighter Emin Ismayilov (65kg) secured a gold medal at the European Championships held in Denmark.

Another Azerbaijani fighter Valeh Jafarov won a bronze medal of the tournament.

The European Championships brought together nearly 300 fighters from 35 countries.
