An opening football match of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games took place May 8 at the AZAL Arena in Baku.

The match was held between national teams of Saudi Arabia and Morocco from Group A. The match scores are: Morocco 1-0 Saudi Arabia. Moroccan Chouaib El Maftoul scored the goal in the 76 minute.

The next match in Group A will be held today at 18:30 at the Bayil Arena with participation of Azerbaijan’s and Cameroon’s teams.
