Aram Sarkisian: "If Kocharian signs the document concerning regulation of the conflict, this can prove Armenia as an aggressor"

He thinks that, Armenian President Robert Kocharian can not sign any document on behalf of the population of Nagorno Karabagh: "If he signs the document, this can prove that, Armenia is an aggressor, and it returns the territories itself." Aram Sarkisian thinks that, Azerbaijani community has more exact information about the negotiations and versions of regulation should be extensively discussed in Armenia, APA informs.

In his opinion, Nagorno Karabagh conflict can't be solved shortly because the required process has not started yet: "Nationwide conciliation can not be a success. Firstly, the animosity between the sides should be eliminated."
