President received a call from Viktor Yushchenko

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today received a phone call from Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko.

As AzerTAg informs, during the conversation the Presidents discussed current state and prospects of bilateral relationship between the two countries, and their cooperation in energy field.

They underlined that forthcoming meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commissions would highlight the issues related to enhancing economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ukraine.

The Presidents also exchanged opinions of a number of other issues of mutual interest.
