Elmar Mammdyarov met WIPO's head

Speaking of the activities of the organization he heads, Kamil Idris compared the significance of the human’s intellect development with the highest values and wealth and noted the inexhaustibleness of the human intellectual capacities. Idris appreciated highly signing of the Program of cooperation between Azerbaijan and WIPO, the press centre of the Ministry told Trend.

The Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said non-settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno Karabakh impacts negatively the development of many fields, including education.

Having underlined that 20% of the Azerbaijani lands are occupied as the result of this conflict, about 1 million people became refugees and internally displaced people, the Minister informed the guest in detail of the talks held aimed at peaceful settlement of the problem.
