Islamic Development Bank to give $ 10 mln credit to Azerbaijan for building settlements for displaced persons

Credit to Azerbaijan for building new settlements for displaced persons.

At present time negotiation are being held in this connection between the Azerbaijani government and IDB. According to the information given to APA from the Social Development Fund of Displaced Persons, the credit will be used for building 2 new settlements. On the account of this means water supply of the settlement will be provided, the medical objects, schools and infrastructure will be constructed.

The main means required for the settlements to be built in the frame of "The State Program on improving the living conditions of the internally displaced persons and increasing the employment" will be given by the State Oil Fund. We should note that it is intended to start building the settlements till the end of the year.
