AIOC increases oil production from ACG in Jan-Jun

In January to June 2005 AIOC produced 3,492 million tons of oil from Chirag field and 1,556 million tons from the Central Azeri. AIOC started the fist oil production on 13 February 2005.

In June AIOC produced from ACG 1,121 million tons of oil, including 567,166 tons from Chirag, 553,917 tons from Azeri.

Over the first half-year five months of 2005 the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan  (SOCAR) produced 4472,000 tons of oil from the onshore and offshore fields, or 2,700 tons less than 2004.
