Hearings on Baku Steel Company lawsuit delayed

Hearings on the dispute between the former Glavbakstroy head, the renowned builder of Azerbaijan, Emil Akhundov and the Baku Steel Company were supposed to take place on 7 July in the Sabayil dustrict court, however, the hearings have been delayed for an uncertain period by the decision of the judge on 7 July, the lawyer of the Baku Steel Company, Nazim Aliyev told Trend.

According to him, the company will learn the exact date of the case hearings only after the official notification from the court.

The Baku Steel Company filed a lawsuit against Emil Akhundov on the ground, that speaking at the ANS TV channel, Akhundov said, that he had never managed to get familiar with the quality certificate of this company's production, causing by this a considerable damage to the Baku Steel Company's business reputation.
 
The above-mentioned certificate of quality has been displayed earlier at the news conference, held by the company's workers in the current May aimed at informing the public and the local media.
