“I tried to find possible scenarios on Kazakhstan’s relations with Russia in its choice variants. The situation appeared in Azerbaijan and Georgia was analyzed in this book. The prediction on oil reserves of the Caspian Sea needs reviewing. According to the international experts, the Caspian Sea contains 3-4% of the oil reserves of the world. The advantage of the Caspian region is its location in very favorable geographical position. This region can weaken the dependence of both European Union and Asian countries on the OPEC.I think, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project will further expand”.
