Azerbaijanis, living in Russia, can use post service

According to the agreement got last year between the post offices of the two countries, physical persons also have this opportunity, ANS reports.

The physical persons, living in Russia, got the opportunity to realize capital transitions between Russia and Azerbaijan. According to the information, given from the Communication and Information Technologies, only juridical persons could fulfill the money transitions by sending alimony of social importance, compensations and so on, up to date. But according to the agreement, come into force in December, 2005, the physical persons can also send money.

These transitions are realized by Russia federal state institution "Pochta Rossii" and Azerbaijan state institution "Azerpocht". According to the information, given from the Ministry of Communication and Technologies, due to the great amount of the Azerbaijanis, living in Russia, the volume of the transitions is 10 % lower than the desired level.

According to the Ministry the reason of the little volume of the transitions is that people are unaware of this opportunity.
