United Nations system remains fully operational in Ukraine, UN Chief Antonio Gutteres said, Trend reports citing UN.

"I would like to express my gratitude for the cooperation we have with the Ukrainian Government in this regard," Gutteres said.

There is no alternative to diplomacy, the UN chief added.

He made the statement adding that “all issues, including the most intractable, must be addressed through diplomatic frameworks”.
