Vatican hopes Donald Trump will end global conflicts and restore stability

The Vatican hopes that the newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, will end wars around the world and become a stabilizing force.

Azernews reports that Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's Secretary of State, made this statement.

"I believe that Donald Trump will, above all, work to become the president of the entire country and thus eliminate the polarization that has arisen in the United States. We wish him good luck and much wisdom in his presidential duties," said Cardinal Parolin.
