Six members of the Armenian National Congress were beaten during the propaganda campaign in favor of opposition figure Nikola Pashinyan on Dec. 27.
Two of them have been hospitalized.
About 30 men armed with iron bars and brass knuckles attacked the oppositionists. Attackers were led by Vahan, according to some sources, ex-member of the Board of Elders of Yerevan. The reason for beating protesters was a refusal to stop campaigning.
