According to the press service of the Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine, Kyiv Court obliged the Commission to consider registration of over 2,000 Georgian monitors for presidential elections in Ukraine.
Previously Levan Tarkhnishvili, the head of delegation of Georgian monitors, said the decision of Ukrainian CEC not to register Georgian monitors for presidential elections is illegal.
On Jan. 12, the Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine refused to register international monitors from Georgia.
It also declined a variant of compromise - cutting the delegation from 2000 to 400 people.
According to Vladimir Shapoval, CEC chairman, the applications from the Georgian embassy were filled in carelessly, they had doubles, but CEC employees corrected them.
