Powerful windstorm has damaged several buildings in the seaport city of Poti.
The speed of the wind is 20 meters per minute.
The windstorm has unroofed the building of the local water distribution company, damaged electricity wires causing blackout in the city.
Local Energy Company launched repair works early on Friday morning; however, the wind halts the workers to finish the reconnection of the city to the system. They say the repair works will be over by the evening.
