Ali Hasanov: "We want the same treatment for Armenians who killed ten thousands of innocent Azeris"

Ali Hasanov, chief of the public policy department of the Presidential Administration said to journalists commenting on recent articles printed in newspapers namely in "Realniy Azerbaijan" considered as an insult to the dignity of Azeri officer, ANS reports.

It’s quiet possible that some sources are leaking information or spreading misinformation. But if such information find way to our printing sector this should worry media community, Mr.Hasanov said.

At the same time Official said that position of the Azeri government was clear. He said administration had been doing everything to mitigate Ramil Safarov’s punishment. Ali Hasanov said official Baku using that case better inform world community about crimes committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis. Many Armenians left unpunished for what they have done to ten thousands of Azerbaijanis. Some of them are high-ranking officials. We want the same treatment against them. We want to see them receiving their punishment for killing Azeri citizens, he said.

Ali Hasanov said that nation’s appropriate bodies were aware of grants received for discrediting Ramil Safarov. Ali Hasanov regretted that all this happens in the period when all speak about possibility of the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. It again shows that there are still many in Azerbaijan who serves for Armenian interest.
