Seventh round of monitoring held by Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources ended, Bird flu virus not found

Seventh round of monitoring conducted by Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources aimed at preventing spread of Bird flu in Azerbaijan has completed.

As APA reports, analysis taken from the dead flesh of the migrant birds was submitted to the State Veterinary Service of Ministry of Agriculture for examination. As a result of the analysis, Bird flu virus was not found.

The information says that the ministry will begin eighth round of monitoring within 10-15 days. This round will last till the end of the bird migration, that means till the end of March.
