Courts of Appeal to be established in the regions by the end of the year

As APA reports, I.Nasirov also said that there will be no problem in appointment of judges to the new courts. According to him, they will get appointment from the head of state.

I.Nasirov added that the courts would be provided with buildings, reminding that the corresponding organizations had been ordered for that under the President's decree: "The buildings for courts will be built by the account of money from the state budget".

Yesterday President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on establishing Courts of Appeal in the regions.
