Neftchi FC won the Commonwealth Cup 2006

The game score was 4:2.

Ruslan Abbasov scored OG at the opening stage of the game. Then came two outstanding goals from captain Nadir Nabiyev and Neftchi's Moldavian midlefilder Vadim Borets.

Kaunas midlefilder Zinikas scored the equalizer in the 40th min. and game was leveled again.

On the first seconds of the second half Neftchi's Serbian forward Branimir Subasic scores the third goal.

The last gole came Svetoslav Stefanov's from outstanding free kick.

At the end Neftchi FC first time in its career won the Commonwealth Cup.
