US pleased with level of works on bird flu fighting in Azerbaijan

According to him, on 23 January the US specialists got familiar with the conditions and results of the laboratory analyses, conducted at the State Veterinary Service, Trend reports.

"They remained contended by the results of the analyses, based on which one can say surely that no factors of these disease in Azerbaijan are available", Hasanov said.

Apart from this, the decision on assisting Azerbaijan by purchasing 1500 sets of special clothes by the American specialists has been taken.

Touching upon the issue of the repeated analyses in London on the initiative of the US Embassy in Baku, the head of the Veterinary Service said, for the moment the issue is on the agenda and all samples of blood are prepared for producing in London.
