Arrest measure on Loghman Zulfugarli substituted

APA was informed by Aslan Ismayilov, lawyer of Zulfugarli brothers. Stating that, he had submitted the opinions of both doctors of the jail and other medical experts to the investigation, the lawyer underlined that, the documents read that, Loghman Zulfugarli is in bad health and detention condition endangers his life: "Loghman Zulfugarli is cured in the Cardiology department of Clinical Hospital #5 at present. He is in a very bad health. He suffers from pains in his heart, stomach and nervous disorder."

Zulfugarli brothers were detained in 9 December last year. They were imprisoned for 3-month period.
