UNICEF will allocate $10 mln to Azerbaijan by 2009

As APA reports, the leader of UNICEF representation in Azerbaijan Haana Singer said that the increase of this allocation was considered to be increased by the support of donor organizations.

According to H.Singer, the foundation has already started the project on closing the orphanages. The government of Azerbaijan supports the program of closing the orphanages regularly and orphans' living in families.

UNICEF plans to hold training for 450 educators for this purpose. This work is planned to be implemented for 2 years in the regions.
